This course will help you to recognise and appreciate the value of a ‘positive mental attitude’. You will develop helpful skills in order to set goals for yourself to go about your daily life in an optimistic and positive way.

This course will help you to recognise and appreciate the signs, symptoms and impact of stress and anxiety. You will develop helpful techniques to manage your own stress and anxiety to improve your quality of life.
