In order to protect everyone and help to stop the spread of the virus, we continue to follow Government guidelines and to take local circumstances into consideration when providing Changes services…
In response to Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire’s Tier 4 status, all of Changes services are currently provided on-line (with telephone support offered to those who find this difficult).
We will continue to monitor the situation and flex our provision to keep everyone safe and well. Please check this website for service updates.
Thanks to your support, on-line provision of peer-support groups, wellbeing programmes and social activities, have now become a successful part of what Changes ‘does’….

Online PSGs, where those in mental distress can connect and share self-help tips, offer each other support, and learn how to apply Changes 12 steps to manage their condition

Services* to promote wellbeing and recovery of children and young people in mental distress – and additional support for parents, carers and teachers
